In the online store, you will find our stocked range of heaters for water and oil heating, junction boxes, and thermostats. What we often call our bread-and-butter products.
Simpler everyday life for our customers
The background for the online store is simple: we want to save our customers time.
– We work a lot with customized solutions and special products, and are used to a close dialogue with customers to uncover their needs down to the smallest detail. But we noticed that we also spent a lot of time answering questions about standard products, such as price and delivery time. Questions that are actually unnecessary when the customer already knows what they need. With an online store, they can go in and buy what they need without waiting for an answer from us, says Sales and Marketing Manager Stian Gundersen.
It is specified that the inventory balance will not be available in the online store until the new CRM system is in place in the new year, but all products listed there are items that are normally in stock. Should anything unforeseen happen, the customer will be notified shortly after the order is placed.
