AVINOR
Travel hubs – infrastructure, information and security
During the upgrade of several airports around Norway, our mechanical department had the opportunity to collaborate with AVINOR's architects and engineer solutions for various challenges.
There was a need for mounts for the various information monitors and boards seen around the airports, including Gardermoen, Bodø, Tromsø, and Flesland. We produced monitor mounts in powder-coated steel for both pendant and bracket systems, as well as column enclosures in powder-coated aluminium for screens to be placed throughout the airports. Upon completion of production, we also assisted with installation at the airports.
During the renovation, there was a need for both temporary and permanent solutions for conveyor belts and portals at the airports' security checkpoints. Here, we assisted with temporary security checkpoints until the production of the new, finished security checkpoints was completed. In addition, we produced custom-made conveyor belts for the airports and assisted with installation.

Food processing – Industrial deep fryer
The customer came to us with problems achieving sufficient heat in the frying oil of their industrial fryers. We calculated, designed, and manufactured a large flange-mounted immersion heater suitable for use in frying oil, with sufficient power to cover the customer's heating requirements. In addition, we manufactured a flow system where the immersion heater was mounted, which we then installed at the customer's site and connected to the existing production facility.
