Immersion heaters for liquid heating with 1″ brass head.
Heating element made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 316L). For the 1″ brass head, there is no thermostat pocket. Connection 1x230V, with a flat pin connector and designed for a control switch for various elements. Backer immersion heaters are the most common option for liquid heating. They are used as a heat source in, for example, water heaters, boilers, oil systems, and for industrial liquid heating. The elements consist of Backer tubular elements that are brazed or welded to flanges, element heads, or nipples. They are combined with thermostats, temperature limiters, and junction boxes. Alternatively, immersion heaters can be made of ceramic elements inserted into protective tubes.
