But lives in Setskog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How long have you worked at Norske Backer:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Since 2011.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What position do you have and what do you do at work:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales engineer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sells, makes offers and projects for the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What do you like about the job \u2013 do you enjoy it?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It\u2019s varied, and it\u2019s a lot of fun to achieve things the customer wants. And colleagues, and everything here. The atmosphere here in Norske Backer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yes, enjoying myself very well. Retiring this year and I\u2019m ambivalent to it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How did you find and get a job here?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oh, that\u2019s a long story. No, in the previous job I was unhappy. Then I have a friend who was also looking for a job, who looked through Gl\u00e5mdalen. He came to me with this position, which was in Gl\u00e5mdalen. I applied for it, and was interviewed by the former general manager, and I got the job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What education\/background do you have:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I am an electrician and am educated as an electrical engineer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I have been at sea, I have worked as an electrical consultant, I have been a buyer in the IT industry. I have been an operating engineer in an electricity company for 10 years. This job, at Norske Backer, is the job I\u2019ve had the longest.<em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I fly fish, I generally like fishing. I have a bird dog and I like to hunt. I have many good friends with whom I have many outings and do a lot with. I also play a bit of golf in my spare time. The bike has been put away, cycled a lot before. I have grandchildren and a wife and everything, so there is plenty to do.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A fun and completely random thing?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>How many countries have you visited?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Been at sea and several interrails, so there have been many countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>What is your favorite fruit? Favorite dish?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Almost all fruit but I am especially fond of grapes. Shellfish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Do you sing in the shower? In the car?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No, I don\u2019t sing in the shower. In the car it can happen, depends on the mood and if the music I want to hear comes on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>What do you listen to in the car? Music, podcast, radio, nothing?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mostly listen to the radio, otherwise I have a lot of music from my phone.
