I work a bit here in the special department, I am also HSE manager. I will also become, when I grow up, a quality manager. We have just started training on that.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect batteries and flasks. Works with HSE in collaboration with the working environment committee. And training on the quality system has begun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>What do you like about the job \u2013 do you enjoy it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enjoying it very well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are a lot of pleasant people to work with. I also like the pace of the working day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>How did you find and get a job here?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I had just finished a seasonal commitment on the railway. Then it was my dear uncle Gunnar who got me a job at Norske Backer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>What education\/background do you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I have three years at high school with marketing and EDB. I also have a year at college with administration and management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I was on the railway for a couple of periods in the summer season before I started here at Norske Backer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Most of it goes to tennis. I am deputy chairman of Kongsvinger tennis club. I play tennis and work with tennis \u2013 responsibility for the tennis facility itself, both the indoor and outdoor facilities. So that\u2019s where most of my free time is spent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I am also fond of fishing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>A fun and completely random thing?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How many countries have you visited?\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is your favorite fruit?
