I oversee production in the tool heating department, participate in the actual production, logistics work and respond to inquiries from customers and suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What do you like about the job \u2013 do you enjoy it?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Even after 20 years, you get a number of challenges, so that the job does not become monotonous and boring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How did you find and get a job here?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Came in via a project managed by NAV, quickly found out that this was my branch to sit on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What education\/background do you have:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I have studied car mechanics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What do you do in your spare time?
