Moved to Norway in 2010.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How long have you worked at Norske Backer:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It will be two years now in November.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What position do you have and what do you do at work:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I guess I do a bit of everything, I solder, roll and bend etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production employee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What do you like about the job \u2013 do you enjoy it?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It\u2019s like everyone else\u2019s job, and we have both good and bad days. But there are good people, and good working hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yes, I do.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How did you find and get a job here?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I was actually asked by a staffing agency if I was interested. Submitted my CV a few years ago. Was in for an interview the following day and was asked to start the following Monday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What education\/background do you have:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My vocational education is electrician. But my career was short, and I have worked in production since 1995 until 2011, when I was self-employed for 6 years. From 2017, there has been production again. Was in the neighboring building here as a production manager until they went bankrupt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is a lot of bowling \u2013 built our own bowling alley in 2011. A lot of time with the wife, and we often go out and about.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A fun and completely random thing?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>How many countries have you visited?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>What is your favorite fruit? Favorite dish?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For my favorite dish I would probably have to say some grilled meat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Do you sing in the shower? In the car?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yes, it may occur in the car.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>What do you listen to in the car? Music, podcast, radio, nothing?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Radio or audio book.
