There are new challenges all the time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yes, there is a reason why I have been here for 40 years. It is never boring, and it is a solid workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How did you find and get a job here?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I went on layoff every winter from Christmas to Easter, and then someone heard that I was available. So, they wanted to hear about a job at Norske Backer for me, and then I got a job here right away. Was actually going back to the other job after Easter but haven\u2019t gone back yet. Got a permanent job because I could work three days at Easter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What education\/background do you have:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I have a year at the vocational school, on welding and construction. Otherwise, there is experience from Norske Backer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cycling has been my hobby since I was 10 years old, when I got my first racing bike from my father.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A fun and completely random thing?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>How many countries have you visited?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 11.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>What is your favorite fruit? In the car?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yes, I do. No, in the car I only listen to music.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>What do you listen to in the car?
