Aircraft Infrared NDT Temperature Controller

Norske Backer NDT Temperature Controller provides a portable option for performing moisture intrusion testing on elevators and other aircraft components. With a simple-to-operate pre-programmed touchscreen, this controller can manage one individual heater or two in tandem. Input voltage: 100-240 VAC
Temperature control: Preset locked ramp/sock temperature control. Provides automatic and independent temperature control per heating element.
Temperature readings: Simultaneous reading of both thermocouples in the heating blanket.
Accuracy: ±1.8 °F (±1 °C)
Alarms: Visual or audible alarms for cycle end, earth fault, temperature limits and thermocouple failure.
Shutdown cycle: Automatic shutdown of heating element power at the end of the cycle.
Differential earth leakage switches (earth leakage switches): Included.
Countdown timer: 13 minutes.
Test cycle hours: Independent 10-minute test cycle timer, manually triggered.
Maximum process temperature protection: The cycle does not start if the process temperature is above 60 °C.
High temperature process shutdown and alarm temperature: 90 °C.
Data transfer after curing: Via USB port - USB flash drive included.
