Mica band heaters

Mica band heaters are reliable heating elements developed for high-temperature heating of cylindrical surfaces. They are commonly used in applications such as plastic injection molding, extrusion, molding presses, die casting, film blowing, packaging, food production and analytical instruments.

The heaters are available in one- or two-piece construction and can be supplied in different diameters, widths, voltages, power classes and with different terminal styles and power connections. The galvanized high-temperature sheath provides good resistance to oxidation and a long service life, while the stainless steel clamps ensure even and stable pressure at high temperatures.
