The activity and investigation obligation for employers (ARP) obliges us to work proactively with these questions. This involves evaluating and improving our routines and practices, so that they facilitate equality. ARP can in many ways be compared to HSE work, which focuses on preventing occupational accidents and ensuring a safe working environment.

We see equality work as a natural part of our commitment to a sustainable society. In the same way that we work to reduce our climate footprint, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has equal opportunities to thrive and develop.
