Information on the processing of personal data
Norske Backer AS, corporate no. 919 799 064 processes your personal data in connection with employees and personnel processing. We value your integrity and therefore want to provide you with information about our processing of your personal data.

Purpose and legal basis for the processing
We process your personal data by storing, viewing, registering, correcting and deleting. Personal data that is stored by us is name, address, e-mail and telephone number. The purpose of the processing is to be able to deliver orders, comply with the legislation and to be able to provide the best possible quality in our customer service.

The legal basis for the processing is the data subject’s consent, that it is necessary to complete the contract with the data subject, comply with the legislation, and legitimate interest for the data controller and the subject (balance of interests) such as sales and purchases of goods and services.

It is necessary for us to collect personal data in order to be able to maintain the contract with you, and/or to comply with legal requirements. You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with the personal data described above, the consequences could be that we will not be able to fulfill the contract or the desired service for you.

Who has access to your personal data?
Our sales, purchasing, production and finance department are categories of recipients of your personal data. We do not transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization.

We transfer your personal data to our group system in Sweden for storage. The European Commission has decided that Sweden ensures a satisfactory level of protection. Such a transfer does not require any special authorization.

How long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purpose of processing. We do not store your personal data for longer than 5 years after our last transaction with you.

Your rights
f the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Such a withdrawal will not, however, affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data based on the consent given before it was withdrawn. You have the right to request access to information about which of your personal data is processed and stored, and to request the correction/rectification of your personal data. You also have the right to object and to request restrictions on the processing of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, normally used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to have this data transferred to another processor.
