Frogspawn Thermal Insulation Spheres form a floating blanket that is ideal for use on top of open process tanks. The system consists of hollow polymer spheres, typically of polypropylene, which float on the liquid surface and form a continuous insulating layer. Working loads such as jigs and components can easily pass through the layer. The system is widely used by galvanizing plants, anodizing plants, steel processors and chemical manufacturers.
