High temperature composite curing heating blankets (FGH and SXH)

Norske Backer SXH High Temperature Composite Curing Blankets are made with a heating element and a 1” (25mm) layer of high-density fiberglass, covered in a Samox Cloth. The SXH are design for use with the newer high temperature thermoplastic and polyamide composite materials.

Highly flexible up to 25 mm radius.
Power cord 1.8 m long with optional plug.
Compatible with ACR 3 Hot Bonders and your current equipment.
Excellent heat uniformity.

Temperature controller is required for the use of this product.

- - SXH series: 593 °C (1100 °F)

Dielectric strength: Over 2000 volts.
Choice of voltage: 120 VAC or 240 VAC.
Heating element construction: The heating element and a 25 mm layer of high-density fiberglass are covered by a wear-resistant fiberglass cloth (FGH) or Samox® cloth (SXH series).
Power Cord: 1.8 m long with power plug compatible with Norske Backer ACR 3 and MiniPRO™ Hot Bonders (NEMA). L15-30). Other plug options are available on request.
Temperature controller and high temperature thermocouples of type J are required.
