The heaters improve the flow and reduce the viscosity of the contents, and are easy to use thanks to their plug-and-play design. They have an adjustable thermostat with temperatures up to either 160 °F (71 °C) or 425 °F (218 °C), depending on the model, and provide long life even with frequent use.
Additional Features:
The heaters have an extra wide heating surface of 102 mm (4 inches) for even heat distribution. They are moisture and chemical resistant with an IP54 rating, and are grounded for increased safety according to NEC 427.23. The DHCS/DPCS series is ideal for heating both poly and metal drums/buckets in a wide range of industrial applications.
