In Norske Backer we work actively on contributing to reduction of the climate footprint. We take sustainable development seriously and are concerned with taking care of the society and environment around us. Therefore, we have worked out a five-year sustainability strategy, with an accompanying action plan with detailed measures. We have connected our internal goals to the UNs Sustainability goals to make sure we are contributing to goal achievement.
We have developed our service Backer Switch, to help others with the transition from fossil to electric heating solutions.
We have committed to Science Based Target initiative where we have committed to reduce our GHG emissions with 40% within 2030.
