The heaters consist of Backer pipe elements that are soldered or welded to flanges, brass heads or nipples. They are combined with thermostats, temperature limiters and junction boxes. Tube element of acid-resistant steel AISI 316L with a protective tube with an inner diameter of 10.6 mm. for thermostat and/or temperature limiter. Alternatively, immersion heaters can be made from ceramic elements inserted in protective tubes.
