Project: Crab / shellfish cookers on board fishing boats

Problem/need:: The combination of shellfish (limestone), saltwater at boiling temperature and maritime environments presents a number of challenges in relation to corrosion and lifespan.

Solution: Specially designed heating flask with heating elements and flange in titanium, which has great corrosion resistance.
Electrical specifications are adapted to the supply voltage on board the boat.

  • Electrical data: 45 kW – 440 volts
  • Operating temperature: 110 °C
  • Maretiale: Titanium in flange and heating elements, and acid-resistant steel AISI 316L in junction box.
  • Weight: About 55 kg
